6th Event-Fancy Dress competition

It was 17^th September 2016. The bright, airy room was filled with colour. There were about forty people, dressed up in creative costumes. Many dressed up themselves as famous celebrities and funny cartoon characters.

At last, the moment had arrived. The air was heavy with anticipation. Everyone was waiting with bated breath and they wore identical expressions of expectancy and anxiety. The judges, Shree Sharath and Harsha Kollapur stepped up to the front and announced the results.

5th event- EXTEMPORE

 The Extempore was conducted on 13^th September, 2016 which was presided by our proud hostel seniors –Shree Sharath and Narayan Bhat. The 2 minutes talks were rendered effectively and a lot of interesting facts and ideas were shared.

4th event-The Essay Writing

“Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”- Bhagavad Gita

The 4^th event ‘The Essay Writing’ competition was conducted 18^th August 2016. The event was started with a small excerpt from the 3^rd chapter of the Bhagavad Gita by Sandeep H S and Subramanaya Venkat. Various thought provoking topics were given.

3rd EVENT- Drawing Competition

                “Detach your Attachments”- Bhagavad Gita

The drawing is already partly there .It in the paper, and the paper is talking before you do!

Explaining this point, the ‘Ganeshas’ flagged of the event. The 5^th event drawing competition was conducted on 24^th August 2016. The event was a fulfilling experience.
